Experience

2–5 Years in B2B Sales, Corporate Partnerships, or Business Development

Location : Begur ,Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Tie-ups Executive to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporates, businesses, and organizations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating admissions through corporate collaborations, organizing employee engagement activities, and strengthening the school's corporate network.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach corporates, IT companies, hospitals, banks, industries, and other organizations for strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, CSR teams, and corporate decision-makers.
Generate admissions and business opportunities through corporate tie-ups and referral programs.
Conduct corporate presentations, awareness sessions, and promotional activities.
Plan and execute employee engagement events, education fairs, and corporate outreach programs.
Negotiate partnership terms and ensure timely execution of tie-up agreements.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to convert corporate leads into admissions.
Maintain a database of corporate clients and regularly follow up for business opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on meetings, leads, conversions, and partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Represent the organization professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Relationship-building and networking expertise.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple corporate accounts.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Business Development) is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, education sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or service-based industries.
Existing corporate network in Bengaluru will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
