Full job description

A pharmacist is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for dispensing prescription medications, compounding medicines, and advising patients and providers on safe medication use. They verify dosage accuracy, check for drug interactions, and maintain compliance with legal regulations, often working in retail, hospital, or clinical settings. Betterteam +2Key Responsibilities

Dispensing & Compounding: Preparing and dispensing medications (pills, ointments, injections) accurately.
Patient Counseling: Advising patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and storage.
Medication Therapy Management: Reviewing patient profiles for drug interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic effectiveness.
Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining stock levels, including monitoring for expiration or deterioration.
Collaboration: Working with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited program.
