Job Title: Legal Documentation & Data Management Executive

Company: Samraj Solar Energies (Authorized Channel Partner of TATA Power Solar)

Location: Guntur

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Documentation & Data Management Executive to manage legal, property, statutory, and project-related documentation required for EV charging station setup. The candidate will coordinate with property owners, internal teams, government departments, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that all documents are collected, verified, organized, and maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect and maintain property-related documents such as Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Title Documents, POA, BR, EC, tax receipts, and other supporting documents.

· Prepare and maintain documentation checklists for each EV charging station project.

· Verify the completeness and validity of documents received from property owners and other stakeholders.

· Coordinate for land/property documentation, lease agreements, permissions, NOCs, and statutory approvals.

· Maintain digital and physical records of all project documents.

· Ensure proper naming, indexing, filing, and version control of documents.

· Maintain project-wise databases and trackers for documentation status.

· Follow up with property owners, legal consultants, government authorities, and internal teams for pending documents.

· Track document expiry dates, renewals, agreements, and other important deadlines.

· Assist the legal team in preparing and organizing agreements, undertakings, declarations, authorization letters, and related documents.

· Maintain confidentiality and security of legal and property-related information.

· Prepare regular reports on document status, pending documents, approvals, and project progress.

· Ensure that documentation is available for audits, financing, due diligence, and project implementation.

· Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure documentation requirements are completed before site execution.

Preferred Knowledge

· Property documentation and due diligence

· Encumbrance Certificate (EC)

· Property tax and municipal documents

· NOCs and statutory approvals
