Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations: Spearhead HR operations across North & West India.
Understand & articulate our value proposition in terms of compensation, wealth creation, learning & growth for different employee segments across different regions.
Employer Branding: Develop our employer brand through social media content & initiatives, making us a preferred choice for the right talent in the region.
Talent Acquisition: Develop & execute the recruitment plan for field sales & for key roles at HO, ensuring we attract (& retain) the right talent.
Employee Retention & Wellness: Design & implement initiatives to boost employee retention, wellness, & morale, ensuring a motivated & engaged workforce.
Career Progression & Development: Craft & execute career progression plans that foster employee growth & align with our business objectives.
Innovative Incentive Plans: Devise & implement non-obvious, cost-effective incentive programs that drive performance & engagement.
Field Engagement: Engage directly with our teams on the ground, traveling to key cities to understand their needs & deliver impactful HR solutions.

Postgraduate diploma/ degree in business management/ HR from a reputed institution.
8-10 years’ experience (sales experience is a bonus).
Role is only work from office with travel.
