Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and continuous innovation to support evolving organizational goals and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to align with business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting implementations.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Competence in analyzing system performance and optimizing code for enhanced efficiency.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
