Job Title: Receptionist & Front Desk Administrator

Location: Gurgaon – Sector 66
Company: Arcos Group

About the Role

We are looking for a presentable, well-spoken, and proactive Receptionist & Front Desk Administrator to manage our corporate office front desk operations and support day-to-day administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional personality, good coordination abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception Management

Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management professionally
Greet and assist guests/clients visiting the corporate office
Maintain visitor records and meeting room coordination
Ensure reception and common areas are well maintained and presentable at all times

Administrative Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, office maintenance, and pantry staff
Handle office supplies, stationery inventory, and procurement coordination
Assist management with scheduling meetings and calendar coordination
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
Support HR/Admin team with onboarding documentation and employee coordination
Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and basic logistics arrangements whenever required
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and basic Excel documentation

General Coordination

Follow up internally with departments for approvals and operational coordination
Support smooth day-to-day office functioning
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in Reception, Front Desk, Admin, or Office Coordination roles
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Prior corporate office experience will be preferred

Preferred Profile

Smart, organized, and solution-oriented individual
Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients and senior management professionally
Candidates residing in or near Gurgaon will be preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
