Job Description – Trainee Engineer / Diploma Engineer Trainee (Electrical/Civil) – Manufacturing Unit / Site Execution

Position: Trainee Engineer / Diploma Engineer Trainee (Electrical/Civil)

Department: Electrical – Manufacturing / Project Execution

Location: Manufacturing Unit(Sahibabad) / Project Site (Pan India)

Reporting To: Electrical/Civil Engineer / Plant Head / Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and motivated Electrical/Civil Trainee Engineers/Freshers to support electrical/Civil activities in manufacturing operations and project site execution. The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to electrical/Civil installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support activities under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Unit Responsibilities:

Assist in operation and maintenance of electrical/Civil systems, machinery, and equipment.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to senior engineers.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults in production equipment and utilities.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company policies.
Support implementation of energy-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Site Execution Responsibilities:

Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of electrical/Civil systems and equipment.
Support execution of electrical/Civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor site activities and prepare daily progress reports.
Assist in material planning, quantity verification, and inventory management.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations at site.
Participate in inspections and testing activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship or industrial training experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
Understanding of electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), and wiring schematics.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices and electrical standards.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
