KRA – MBBS Consultant (Wellness Company)

Conduct medical consultations (online/offline) for preventive and lifestyle-related health concerns.
Assess patient health conditions and prepare personalized wellness/treatment plans.
Manage chronic lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, thyroid disorders, PCOS, etc.
Provide patient counselling on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and preventive healthcare.
Ensure accurate medical documentation, EMR updates, prescriptions, and compliance with clinical protocols.
Drive patient engagement through regular follow-ups and continuity of care.
Coordinate with nutritionists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches for holistic patient management.
Participate in corporate wellness programs, health camps, webinars, and awareness sessions.
Maintain high patient satisfaction and quality standards in clinical practice.
Support wellness program enrollment and retention through ethical patient guidance.
Handle telemedicine consultations efficiently with defined turnaround time and responsiveness.
Contribute to health education content including blogs, webinars, and awareness initiatives.
Stay updated with latest clinical guidelines, preventive healthcare trends, and wellness practices.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, medical ethics, and regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹607,492.24 - ₹1,820,966.52 per year

Work Location: In person
