Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Motion Graphic Artist to bring ideas to life through engaging animations and visual storytelling. You will work closely with the creative, design, and strategy teams to produce motion content for digital, social, and brand campaigns, under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Create motion graphics, animations, and basic visual effects for ads, social media, websites, and presentations
Support senior motion artists in translating creative briefs and scripts into motion visuals
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to maintain brand consistency
Edit and animate videos using text, illustrations, icons, and footage
Assist in adapting motion assets for multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, etc.)
Take ownership of smaller projects and support larger ones, ensuring timely delivery
Stay curious and keep learning new motion design trends, tools, and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop/Illustrator
Basic understanding of animation principles, typography, and composition
Ability to convert static designs into simple motion sequences with guidance
Developing sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling
0-2 years of experience, preferably with some exposure to an advertising or creative agency (internships included)
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced creative environment
Attention to detail and willingness to take feedback constructively

Good to Have

Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender / 3D motion / AI tools
Interest in sound design and video editing
Exposure to social media-first content and short-form videos
Basic understanding of branding and campaign storytelling
