As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative -Digital Marketing Executive to join our growth-oriented team in Gurugram.
The Role - We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional who can take ownership of our online presence. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns, managing our digital assets, and enhancing brand engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Performance Marketing (Google Ads): Plan, execute, and optimize Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns. Monitor ROI and CPA to ensure maximum efficiency of the marketing budget.
· Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensuring it remains updated, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Coordinate with developers for technical enhancements and UI/UX improvements.
· Email Marketing: Design and deploy end-to-end email journeys and newsletters. Utilize automation tools to nurture leads and maintain consistent communication with our professional database.
· Social Media Strategy: Lead the organic and paid social media roadmap. Create engaging content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to position Dental Avenue as a thought leader.
· Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on KPIs (web traffic, conversion rates, social engagement). Provide actionable insights to the leadership team based on data trends.
· Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital collateral adheres to international brand guidelines and esonates with the B2B healthcare audience.
Candidate Profile
· Experience: Minimum 4 years of core experience in Digital Marketing (preferably within the Healthcare, Medical Device, or Premium B2B sectors).
· Technical Proficiency: * Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (SEM) and Google Analytics.
· Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and Email automation tools .
· Proficiency in Social Media management tools and basic design principles.
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent copywriting skills, and a "growth-hacker" approach to digital challenges.
