Key responsibilities:

A. Security and access control (first priority)

Monitor entry and exit of staff, visitors and vendors, check IDs/passes as per company policy, and maintain a basic visitor log.
Conduct regular patrols of gate, reception, parking and office corridors to identify safety or security issues and report immediately to the supervisor.
Ensure gates, doors and windows are opened/locked as per office timings; assist in opening/closing procedures.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, theft, damage or incidents; help maintain simple incident/daily activity records when required.
Support basic emergency response (guiding people during evacuation, calling police/fire/ambulance as directed) and follow company safety rules.

B. Runner and field errands

Deliver and collect files, documents, cheques and parcels between departments/floors and to nearby banks, post office, clients and vendors as instructed.
Handle small office errands such as bank deposits, form submissions, courier drop/pickup and collection of bills or documents from vendors.
Receive incoming courier and mail, and distribute them to the concerned person/department; help arrange outgoing courier.
Purchase small office or pantry items from nearby market and submit bills for reimbursement as per company rules.

C. Helper and office support

Keep office area, meeting rooms etc. neat and presentable; support basic cleaning/arranging activities with the housekeeping team.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing and basic document organization as instructed by admin or office staff.
Help in serving water/tea/coffee to guests and during meetings when needed.
Support movement of light cartons, files or office supplies and help set up meeting rooms (chairs, water, stationery) before and after meetings.

Requirements

Minimum education: 10th pass; prior experience as security guard, office boy/helper, runner or peon is preferred.
Must have a 2-wheeler for office work (fuel expenses will be paid by the company).
Physically fit; comfortable with standing for long periods, walking rounds and carrying light to medium‑weight parcels.
Basic communication skills in Hindi (simple English preferred); polite and professional behaviour with staff, visitors and vendors.
Honest, reliable and disciplined; willing to work in shifts or extended hours if security/office work demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
