1. Zone Coordination & Communication
- Become single-point contact for the assigned zone
- Ensure seamless coordination between HO and field teams
- Follow up on pending dealer and painter issues
- Track communication gaps between departments
- Ensure dealers receive proper scheme, product, and campaign information
- Escalate critical operational issues to management
2. Dealer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key dealers in the zone
- Conduct regular dealer feedback calls/reviews
- Monitor dealer satisfaction and engagement
- Assist dealers in resolving:
- Billing issues
- Collection concerns
- Dispatch delays
- Scheme clarification
- Painter loyalty issues
- Product complaints
- Track inactive or declining dealers and coordinate revival plans
3. Painter Ecosystem Coordination
- Coordinate with painter department for:

- Loyalty programs
- Cashback schemes

- Track painter engagement zone-wise
- Identify high-potential painters and contractors
- Ensure painter data hygiene and updates
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
The coordinator must function as a business intelligence support layer.
