We are redesigning our B.Tech Mechanical Engineering curriculum to combine strong engineering fundamentals with CAD, simulation, automation, AI, digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, project-based learning, and real-world problem solving.

Role Overview
We are seeking passionate Mechanical Engineering faculty who enjoy building things, mentoring students, learning emerging technologies, and creating an engaging classroom experience.
The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, laboratory modernization, student projects, industry collaborations, and innovation initiatives.
This is not a traditional lecture-only teaching role.
Responsibilities
Teaching
- Deliver undergraduate Mechanical Engineering courses.
- Teach through demonstrations, case studies, industry examples, and hands-on activities.
- Integrate software tools into classroom teaching wherever appropriate.
- Develop practical assignments beyond textbook exercises.
Student Development
- Mentor student design and innovation projects.
- Guide interdisciplinary teams participating in competitions and hackathons.
- Help students build technical portfolios.
- Prepare students for internships and industry placements.
Curriculum Innovation
Contribute to modules in areas such as:
- CAD and Product Design
- SolidWorks / Creo / Fusion 360
- Engineering Graphics
- CNC and Manufacturing
- Additive Manufacturing
- Arduino-based automation
- PLC basics
- Python for Mechanical Engineers
- AI tools for engineering
- Industry 4.0
- Industrial IoT
- Digital Manufacturing
- Design Thinking
- Reverse Engineering
You are not expected to know everything. You should be willing to learn.
Industry Engagement
- Build relationships with industries.
- Arrange industrial visits.

- Bring live industrial problems into classrooms.
Continuous Learning
Faculty are expected to continuously upgrade their technical skills and obtain relevant certifications.
Essential Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or allied specialization

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
