Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with AI knowledge who can develop visually engaging graphics, videos, and digital content for various marketing and communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, promotional campaigns, corporate communications, and digital platforms.
Develop reels, motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and video advertisements.
Edit raw footage, add music, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, effects, and colour corrections.
Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual content.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and management teams to understand creative requirements.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, storyboards, and visual ideas.
Resize and adapt designs/videos according to different social media platforms and digital formats.
Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within specified deadlines.
Stay updated with current design, video-editing, social-media, and visual-content trends.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant certifications and strong practical skills may also be considered.

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and video editing preferred.
Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent creative skills may also be considered.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual communication.
Knowledge of social-media content formats and video specifications.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills:

Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Good eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual content.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to learn new design and editing tools and techniques.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should be able to provide a portfolio of graphic designs and video-editing work, including social-media creatives, videos/reels, advertisements, branding work, or other relevant projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
