Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Training Support professional to plan, coordinate, and deliver training initiatives for large-scale IT system implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing learning materials, conducting training programs, supporting user adoption, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to stakeholders, particularly within Government sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage training activities for large and complex IT system implementation projects.
Design and develop training materials, user manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, quick reference guides, and other learning resources.
Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions to end users, administrators, and stakeholders.
Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and awareness sessions to facilitate user adoption.
Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
Coordinate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop and execute training plans.
Administer and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), including learner enrollment, tracking, reporting, and training completion.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations, and recommend continuous improvements.
Support organizational change management initiatives by promoting effective learning and knowledge transfer.
Ensure timely completion of all training deliverables in accordance with project timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in managing training activities for large and complex IT system implementation projects for Government agencies in India or abroad.

Required Skills

Experience in instructional design and development of training content.
Proven experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, and presentations to diverse audiences.
Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in conducting both classroom and virtual training programs.
Experience coordinating or leading instructional designers, trainers, or learning and development teams.
Strong understanding of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) methodologies.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on Government or e-Governance projects.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
Experience with digital learning tools and virtual training platforms.
Willingness to travel across the Northeast States for training delivery and project support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
