Job Description: Mechanical Foreman for Manufacturing Plant

Position: Mechanical Foreman

Job Overview:

The Mechanical Foreman will oversee the mechanical operations within the manufacturing plant, ensuring that all machinery and equipment function efficiently and safely. This role involves supervising a team of technicians and mechanics, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing best practices in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and workers.
Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Train and mentor junior staff on mechanical operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a mechanical supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
