Role Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for US contract and full-time roles.
Work on quick-fill IT requirements shared by clients and vendor partners.
Maintain candidate engagement, availability confirmation, and rate negotiation.
Ensure submission quality aligned with client expectations.
Support interview coordination and follow-ups until closure.
