Job Brief
To oversee the production process, and ensure that equipment and tools work smoothly. Communicate with workers and ensure work is done properly. Delegate the work among workers and guide them as needed. To support and strive toward safety in all facets of the Pre-processing facility. To prepare the reports of the daily production process, to coordinate with the Shift Charge regarding production planning and process of production.
Responsibilities
- Coordination with the operation and other departments for the production process.
- Preparing work schedules for contract workers.
- Maintaining quality service.
- Ensuring production plans are completed on time.
- Team works and handling of manpower.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
- Ensuring and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on performance and progress.
- Participate in plant safety, health, and environment programs.
- Delegate the work to the next level.
- Make constructive suggestions for improvement of the process.
- Documentation of the daily activity

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a Chemical/Waste Management Industry.
- 2-Year Stability Agreement applicable at the time of joining.
