Job Description – Sales Executive

About the Company

MV Tempanes Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of premium toughened glass, serving residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

Position

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the architectural, construction, interior, and glazing industries.
Visit architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers, and corporate clients to promote the company's products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable glass products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain customer records in the CRM or company software.
Attend exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events whenever required.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in building materials, glass, aluminium, hardware, or construction industry preferred).
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of the toughened glass, façade, aluminium, or interior industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
