Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate baristas and front-of-house staff; set performance goals and manage rosters.
- Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing, ensure efficient service, maintain cleanliness, and enforce health/safety standards.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, resolve complaints professionally, gather feedback, and foster a welcoming environment.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients and supplies, manage vendors, and control waste.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control expenses, monitor revenues, oversee payroll, and report on finances.
- Menu & Marketing: Develop and update menus, manage pricing, and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.

Pay: ₹14,938.16 - ₹25,837.44 per month
