Objectif du poste

The Infrastructure Manager leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the operations, support, and project execution of IT infrastructure services at the regional level. This includes ensuring high availability and performance across hosting, network, datacenter, and user support services. The role is central to ensuring continuity of business operations and seamless collaboration between global strategy and regional delivery. The Infrastructure Manager also acts as a key interface to business units, driving continuous service improvement, vendor oversight, and implementation of corporate IT standards.

Principales responsabilités

Lead regional teams of engineers, analysts, and support specialists responsible for infrastructure operations.
Manage regional vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality.
Oversee day-to-day operations including monitoring, incident management, escalation, and reporting.
Ensure implementation and adherence to ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change, configuration).
Coordinate the deployment and sustainment of global programs and projects at regional level.
Plan and manage infrastructure capacity, availability, and continuity strategies.
Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics; proactively drive corrective actions.
Develop regional runbooks, operational processes, and knowledge documentation.
Represent IT infrastructure in regional business meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Expérience requise

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure with proven management capability
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, infrastructure services (networking, servers, backup), and project execution
Experience working with MSPs, OEMs, and multi-regional teams
Ability to prioritize, make decisions under pressure, and lead teams through change
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
