Full job description

Mediwell is looking for a Recruiter / HR Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for various departments. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)
Post jobs on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further rounds
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment / HR
Qualification: Graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Preferred:

Experience in pharma / manufacturing hiring
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,200.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
