Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions using Tally Prime.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, vouchers, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and other accounting-related documentation.
Draft, send, and respond to professional emails with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Coordinate with different departments regarding payments, invoices, and financial records.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
Ensure timely processing of bills, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.
Support the Finance team in monthly closing and audit activities.
