You will engage potential clients, address their needs, and convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Closure: Convert leads into clients by effectively pitching services like SEO, Ads, Website Creation, and Social Media Growth.
- Calling & Outreach: Proactively contact prospects via phone/social media to generate interest and schedule consultations.
- Proposal Creation: Draft and present tailored service proposals to showcase value and meet client objectives.
- Lead Management: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Objection Handling: Address queries, negotiate terms, and overcome objections to finalize deals.
- Database Management: Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align pitches with service capabilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Class 12th; preference for IT/Computer Science diplomas or degrees.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT/digital marketing tools (SEO, Ads, CMS platforms) is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi and English (written and spoken).
- Working knowledge of English for drafting proposals and emails.
