Full job description

PosiƟon ReporƟng To

VP – Sales & MarkeƟng

Key ResponsibiliƟes

 Handle all walk-in customers and inbound sales inquiries at the showroom.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable marble, granite, quartz,

and other natural stone products.

 Convert showroom inquiries into confirmed sales while achieving monthly sales targets.

 Build and maintain strong relaƟonships with architects, interior designers, builders,

contractors, dealers, and distributors.

 Develop a strong network of architects, builders, dealers, and distributors to generate

repeat and referral business.

 Conduct regular meeƟngs and product presentaƟons for architects and business

associates.

 Prepare quotaƟons, negoƟate prices, and close sales as per company policies.

 Coordinate with the Inventory, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order

execuƟon and Ɵmely deliveries.

 Follow up on customer inquiries, pending quotaƟons, and payment collecƟons.

 Maintain customer records, inquiry status, and sales acƟviƟes in the CRM system.

 Ensure the showroom is well maintained and products are displayed effecƟvely.

 Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and compeƟtor acƟviƟes.

 ParƟcipate in exhibiƟons, promoƟonal events, and customer engagement acƟviƟes to

generate business.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Monthly showroom sales target achievement.

 Walk-in customer conversion raƟo.

 New architect, builder, dealer, and distributor network development.

 Repeat business and customer retenƟon.

 Customer saƟsfacƟon and feedback scores.

 CollecƟon efficiency.

 Timely CRM updates and reporƟng.

QualificaƟons

 Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministraƟon, MarkeƟng, or any related discipline.

 MBA will be an added advantage.

 3–6 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in marble, granite, Ɵles,

ceramics, sanitaryware, plywood, or building materials.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of showroom and retail sales.

 Excellent communicaƟon and negoƟaƟon skills.

 Good understanding of marble, granite, and natural stone products.

 Strong network of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Dealers, Distributors, and

Contractors.

 Ability to generate business through professional relaƟonships.

 Customer-focused with excellent presentaƟon skills.

 Strong closing and negoƟaƟon abiliƟes.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM soŌware.

 Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
