Department: Service

Job Summary:

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles as per manufacturer standards while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of Toyota vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
Conduct engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, AC, and electrical system repairs.
Carry out periodic maintenance as per Toyota service schedules.
Inspect vehicles and identify faults, wear, and potential safety issues.
Use Toyota-approved tools, equipment, and repair procedures.
Ensure all repair work is completed accurately and within the specified time.
Record details of repairs, parts replaced, and work performed.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience as an automobile technician; Toyota experience preferred.
Good knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.

Skills Required:

Quality and accuracy of repair work.
Vehicle turnaround time.
First-time-right repair rate.
Productivity and workshop efficiency.
Compliance with Toyota service standards and safety procedures.
Customer satisfaction and reduction in repeat complaints.
