Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Sales Manager for our Branch Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing a team of sales executives, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales objectives and targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance for upper management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistency in service delivery.

Skills and Tools Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
Familiarity with insurance products and services.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Relevant certifications in insurance sales would be an added advantage.
