The Role
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Business Development Manager who can open doors, build institutional relationships, and close partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and universities.
If you are someone who thrives in meeting decision makers, pitching ideas, and closing deals, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Institutional Sales
- Identify and connect with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and universities
- Pitch Orbitwise programs and secure institutional partnerships
- Onboard institutes for language programs, study abroad consulting, and skill development labs
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with school principals, directors, deans, and management
- Become the face of Orbitwise for institutional partnerships
Market Expansion
- Develop new institutional markets across Delhi NCR and nearby regions
- Create a pipeline of high-value institutional clients
Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Who Should Apply
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years experience in B2B sales
- Has experience selling to schools, colleges, institutes or corporates
- Is confident in presentations, negotiations, and deal closing
- Has strong networking and relationship building skills
- Is self-driven and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
Experience in education, EdTech, study abroad, or training industry will be a big advantage.
