Job Summary
We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive for our Chartered Accountant office. The candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accounting and financial data accurately in accounting software and Excel sheets. The role involves handling sales, purchase, bank, and bill entries along with proper document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter sales and purchase invoices into accounting software.
- Record bank transactions, cash entries, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain data related to bills, expenses, and receipts.
- Verify entries with supporting documents and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records of invoices and vouchers.
- Assist in GST-related data preparation and reconciliation.
- Update Excel sheets and accounting records on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with staff for pending documents and corrections.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and client information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and complete work within deadlines.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in a CA office will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of invoices, GST bills, and bank statements.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
