CNC VMC Operation Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management
- Oversee and Operate /setting CNC Machine Jobs
- Oversee and Operate /setting VMC Machine Jobs
- Ensure smooth and efficient Machine shop operations.
- Sufficient knowledge on Plastic Molds and Mold Part Machining.
- Documentation of the Daily, Monthly Job card and Equipment Calibrations.
Team Management
- Ensure Completion of Jobs in target time Zone.
- Smooth job handover with subordinates at the end of shifts which need to be documented for Clarity
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Ensure the inventory quantity and size as per requisition and address the same with In charges
- Inform the job related information’s with In charges
- Keep the team work by Positive Approach.
Quality Control
- Monitor product quality and Job Accuracy.
- Identify and address defects or issues at the time it noticed.
- Ensure 5s and continuous Improvement
Machine Maintenance
- Ensure equipment maintenance.
- Report issues or breakdowns.
- Discuss preventive maintenance with maintenance teams.
Safety and Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Ensure safety with junior staffs and Guide them towards work safety
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
Communication and Handover
- Maintain effective communication during shift handovers.
- Document key information in Shift Handover Register.
- Ensure all job status to be discussed HOD
Problem-Solving and Record-Keeping
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staffs
- Manage inventory levels.
