House of Aksur is a premium multi-designer store curating contemporary occasion wear and accessories across menswear and womenswear categories.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Store Fashion Consultant (Sales) role, based in Delhi, India. The Store Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, building strong client relationships, and assisting with personalized styling needs. Key responsibilities include offering detailed product information, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and supporting the sales process by understanding and fulfilling customer preferences.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of products and fashion trends relevant to the brand.
Experience in fashion consulting, including personalized styling and wardrobe recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
A proven track record in customer service excellence and satisfaction.
Proficiency in sales techniques to drive customer engagement and purchase decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
Relevant experience in the fashion industry and a passion for ethnic wear are advantageous.
