Full job description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our technology team at our Gurugram Sector 79. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter development, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating seamless mobile experiences for Android and iOS platforms.

Role Overview

As a Flutter Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
Build high-performance, responsive, and reusable UI components.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with mobile applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into high-quality mobile interfaces.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration.
Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Implement secure authentication, local storage, notifications, and state management solutions.
Stay updated with Flutter releases, emerging technologies, and mobile development best practices.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

3–5 years of experience in Flutter mobile application development.
Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
Experience developing applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, and UI design principles.
Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics).
Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Experience using Git or other version control systems.
Familiarity with mobile app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Knowledge of SQLite, Hive, or other local storage solutions.
Understanding of app security and performance optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

Experience with payment gateway integration.
Knowledge of Google Maps, location services, and push notifications.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Basic understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Flutter or mobile application development certifications will be an added advantage.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
Experience delivering production-ready Flutter applications.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best coding practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Willingness to work from the Gurugram, Sector 79.
Portfolio, GitHub profile, or published mobile applications will be an added advantage.
