Job Description:
We are looking for a Claims Executive to handle motor insurance claims. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end claim management, including claim intimation, documentation, coordination with insurance companies, surveyors, garages, and clients, as well as claim settlement follow-ups. The role involves maintaining claim records, ensuring timely claim processing, and providing smooth support to clients throughout the claim process. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills to ensure efficient claim resolution and client satisfaction.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is mandatory. Candidates with experience or knowledge in motor insurance claims will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
