Key Responsibilities:

Teach Psychology to students of Grades 11 & 12 as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
Conduct engaging classroom sessions that foster interest and understanding in human behavior, mental health, and cognitive processes.
Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
Organize psychology-related extracurricular activities, workshops, and seminars.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
Offer counseling or basic emotional support to students when required, or guide them to the school counselor.
Collaborate with other faculty members, parents, and school management for student development.
Stay updated with new developments in psychology and pedagogy.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching psychology at the senior secondary level preferred.
