We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Transport Incharge to join our school administration team.

Position: Transport Incharge
Location: Faridabad
Industry: Education / CBSE School

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the school's transportation operations.
Ensure the safe and timely movement of students and staff.
Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.
Maintain vehicle records, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and compliance documentation.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure roadworthiness of the fleet.
Handle route planning, transport allocation, and emergency situations.
Address parent queries and transport-related concerns promptly.
Ensure adherence to school transport safety guidelines and statutory regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline.
Relevant experience in transport/fleet management, preferably in a school or educational institution.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of transport compliance, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
