About the Role

We're looking for a content writer for B2B brands who can bridge content, messaging, and brand strategy. This is not a traditional content writing role, we're looking for someone who can understand complex businesses, identify market opportunities, and craft content that influences decision makers.

You'll work across multiple B2B brands, partnering with leadership teams to develop positioning, thought leadership, campaign messaging, and content strategies that drive awareness, trust, and demand.

What You'll Own

Long-Form Content

Research, write, edit, and optimize high-quality long-form content.
Translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
Ensure all content is well-structured, factually accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
Conduct thorough research to produce original, insight-driven content rather than generic AI-generated copy.

Thought Leadership

Develop original, research-backed content that positions founders and brands as industry leaders.
Identify emerging trends, market shifts, and unique perspectives to create authoritative content.
Craft compelling narratives that educate, challenge conventional thinking, and spark meaningful conversations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform their expertise into impactful content assets.

Executive Ghostwriting

Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, articles, and other executive communications for founders and leadership teams.
Capture and maintain each executive's unique voice, tone, and communication style.
Convert interviews, notes, and strategic discussions into polished, executive-ready content.
Create content that strengthens executive presence, builds credibility, and supports personal branding initiatives.

Strategic Copywriting

Create persuasive copy across digital channels, including:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Landing Pages
- Email Campaigns
- Website Messaging
- Product Marketing Assets
- Sales Enablement Materials
Tailor messaging for enterprise buyers across different stages of the customer journey.
Write with a strong understanding of customer pain points, buying behavior, and business outcomes.

Content Strategy

Develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and customer journeys.
Build editorial calendars and messaging frameworks.
Identify content opportunities through audience research, market analysis, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams to execute strategic campaigns.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Research markets, competitors, and customer segments to develop clear positioning.
Define brand messaging, value propositions, tone of voice, and messaging hierarchies.
Build strategic frameworks that differentiate brands in competitive markets.
Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Editing & Editorial Excellence

Edit AI-generated and human-written content to elevate clarity, structure, credibility, and strategic depth.
Maintain high editorial standards across grammar, storytelling, accuracy, and brand voice.
Coach and mentor junior writers through constructive feedback.

Research & AI Workflows

Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and drafting while applying strong editorial judgment.
Conduct audience, industry, and competitor research to support content and positioning decisions.
Stay informed on emerging trends in B2B marketing, content strategy, and AI-assisted workflows.

What We're Looking For

5–7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or content strategy.
Exceptional long-form writing and storytelling skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating thought leadership, strategic copywriting, and brand messaging.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Experience developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and content strategies.
Excellent editing skills with the ability to improve AI-generated content rather than simply rewrite it.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity as part of the content workflow.

Nice to Have

Experience working with B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, consulting, fintech, manufacturing, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
Experience writing for enterprise or executive audiences.
Understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
Experience with demand generation, ABM, or product marketing.
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot.
