Job Title: Tour Consultant / Travel Sales Executive

Job Overview

Galaxy Flights is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Tour Consultant to handle customer inquiries and drive sales of domestic and international holiday packages. The role involves understanding customer requirements, creating customized itineraries, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls for tour package inquiries
Sell domestic & international holiday packages (Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Europe, etc.)
Design customized travel itineraries as per client requirements
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
Provide end-to-end travel solutions (hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing)
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for bookings
Assist customers with visa and travel documentation
Maintain customer database and follow-ups

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages
Ability to handle customer queries and close sales
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)

Preferred Skills

Experience in travel sales / holiday packages
Knowledge of international destinations
Experience in travel companies like MakeMyTrip, Yatra, or Thomas Cook India

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream
Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
