Admission Counsellor

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

MGrow is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for student counselling, and experience in admission counselling, education sales, or EdTech sales.

The candidate will be responsible for guiding students, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, student inquiries, and follow-ups.
Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling.
Guide students through the complete admission process, including documentation and enrollment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly admission targets while providing excellent counselling support.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process.
Stay updated on courses, admission policies, and education industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
