Full job description

We're hiring a Assistant Sales Manager (SaaS) to drive new business for our ATS / Hiring Copilot SaaS product. This is a client-facing role you'll visit prospects, generate leads, and own the deal end-to-end from first meeting to closed revenue.

Responsibilities:

Visit client locations to pitch, demo, and close deals in person
Generate and build your own lead pipeline (outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, field visits)
Qualify leads by understanding a company's hiring/recruitment pain points
Run product demos of the ATS/Hiring Copilot tailored to the client's workflow
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close the deal
Keep pipeline and activity updated in CRM
Hit monthly/quarterly new-business targets

Qualifications:

2–4 years in B2B SaaS or HR-tech sales; ATS/recruitment software sales experience preferred
Comfortable with field sales — regular in-person client visits in Hyderabad
Full-cycle closer, not just a lead generator/appointment setter
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized with CRM discipline

Salary: 30-45k/m In hand

Job Type: Hybrid

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
