Full job description

Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator – Automotive Car Care Products Distribution

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Sales Coordinator with 10+ years of experience to support our Sales and Accounts teams in the automotive car care products distribution business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales coordination, dealer and distributor management, order processing, customer relationship management, and coordination with finance and operations.

This role requires a professional who can efficiently manage sales administration, ensure seamless coordination between departments, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
Manage customer inquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and after-sales support.
Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers regarding orders, stock availability, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, pricing information, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the Accounts department for invoicing, billing, payment follow-ups, credit control, and account reconciliation.
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, inventory reports, and management dashboards.
Organize sales meetings, product launches, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training junior sales support staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of documentation and reporting.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, Sales Administration Executive, or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive aftermarket, automotive car care products,
Proven experience in managing dealer and distributor networks.
Strong knowledge of sales operations, order management, billing, invoicing, and customer service.
Experience coordinating with Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, and Procurement teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar business software is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the automotive car care products or automotive aftermarket industry.
Strong understanding of distribution, dealer management, inventory coordination, and sales reporting.
Leadership ability with experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
