To provide clinical education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring effective use of systems and improved patient outcomes.
The role involves conducting training sessions, performing clinical assessments, supporting patients with reduced mobility, carrying out system audits, and engaging with hospital stakeholders to drive best practices and optimal product utilization.
- To conduct planned educational sessions for nurses, doctors, physiotherapists and other health professionals on the clinical significance of all systems used.
- To demonstrate various products using scientific rationale.
- To conduct incidental teachings in the wards while on routine check.
- To routinely check all the systems being used.
- To support nurses in assessing patient risk using various clinical risk assessment tools (e.g., Braden Scale, falls risk tools).
- To meet and discuss the advantages and benefits of various products to all the key Stakeholders & decision makers
- To conduct mattress checks/ audits
- Good presentation and teaching techniques.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Command over the clinical aspects.
- Good command over the English language
- Experience with both bedside nursing as well as teaching is a must
- Account management skills (Customer Relationship Management)
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others
- Knowledge of commercial functions is necessary.
Qualifications & Experience: B. Sc Nursing with 3-4 years of clinical experience or M. Sc Nursing with 1-2 years of clinical experience
