Zyntro Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Zynlock & Refone) is expanding its ground sales team across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh! We are hiring high-energy Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to drive the expansion of our retail tech platform.
Target Locations: Hyderabad | Secunderabad | Vizag | Vijayawada
PHASE 1 TERRITORIES & ROUTES (25 km operational radius):
- TSM – HYDERABAD: Central/Southern/Eastern corridors. Focus on Jagdish Market and the Dilsukhnagar retail belt.
- TSM – SECUNDERABAD: Wholesale core. Focus on M.G. Road wholesale, Kukatpally, and the Kompally stretch.
- TSM – VIZAG: Focus on Jagadamba Junction, RTC Complex, and the Gajuwaka/Steel Plant industrial corridors.
- TSM – VIJAYAWADA: Focus on Besant Road, Governorpet, MG Road, Tadepalle, and Mangalagiri.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard multi-brand mobile retailers to the Zynlock EMI-Locker software platform.
- Sell high-volume Bulk Key Packages (100 to 500+ keys) directly to top counter owners.
- Lead a small local team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and map daily market beats.
- Manage regional market collections and ensure smooth payment cycles.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 to 5 years of hardcore field sales experience in Mobile Handset Distribution, Telecom (SIM/Recharge sales), or Consumer Finance / Retail FinTech (Bajaj Finance, TVS Credit, IDFC First Bank, Home Credit, etc.).
- An active, existing network with local mobile store owners and dealers in your specific city.
- Deep familiarity with local geography and retail trade routes.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Competitive Base Salary + Field Allowances (Commensurate with experience, open for discussion during the interview).
