Position Details
Position: Cyber Security Intern
Type: Paid Internship and full-time employment opportunity
Duration: 3 months to permanent
No of positions: 15 candidates
Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office
Employment Opportunity: Full-Time Position based on successful completion of the internship and demonstrated performance
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and security monitoring.
- Monitor, investigate, and analyze security alerts and incidents.
- Support vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking activities.
- Assist with security reviews, audits, and compliance-related tasks.
- Participate in threat intelligence, threat hunting, and incident response activities.
- Work with SIEM, endpoint security, and cybersecurity monitoring tools.
- Prepare security documentation, reports, and technical findings.
- Conduct research on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
- Contribute to cybersecurity projects under the guidance of senior security professionals.
Desired Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Candidates who are in last year awaiting result can apply
Preferred Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Networking, Operating Systems, and Information Security concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals such as:
- Network Security
- Vulnerability Management
- Security Monitoring
- Incident Response
- Identity & Access Management
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)
- CompTIA Security+
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- Google Cybersecurity Certificate
- ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
- Other relevant cybersecurity certifications
