About the Role

Gravton Motors is looking for energetic and hardworking Helpers to support day-to-day production activities. Freshers who are willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist technicians and operators in production and assembly activities.
Move materials and components within the production area.
Help in loading and unloading materials.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Arrange tools, parts, and materials as instructed.
Support packing and dispatch activities when required.
Follow instructions given by supervisors.
Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
Perform any other work assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
Basic discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
