The Role:
We're hiring a one-person growth function — someone who can run lead generation, brand building, and social media end-to-end, using AI tools to operate with the output of a small team. This is not a "post and pray" social media role. You own pipeline.
What You'll Own:
- *B2B Lead Generation*: Manage and optimize our IndiaMART seller account — catalog, keywords, buy-lead response SLAs, conversion tracking. Run targeted Meta/Google/LinkedIn campaigns aimed at procurement and facility-management decision-makers at hotels, hospitals, corporate campuses, and hostels.
- *Brand Building*: Protect and extend ATC's brand voice across every channel — the tagline above is non-negotiable and must be reflected accurately, not diluted into generic "premium tea" messaging.
- *Social & Content*: Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn and other channels on a consistent calendar; use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut, etc.) for drafting, design, and repurposing so one person can sustain a real publishing cadence.
- *Competitive & Market Awareness*: Track what competitors like Porwal Tea Company, Teacupsfull, and T-Swing are doing, and adjust positioning accordingly.
- *Reporting*: Weekly/monthly dashboard — leads generated, cost per lead, IndiaMART inquiry-to-conversion rate, social growth, spend ROI.
- *Sales Coordination*: Work directly with the founder and field sales to make sure marketing-sourced leads actually get followed up and closed — tight feedback loop, not a handoff into a black hole.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years hands-on performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Ads)
- Real, demonstrable experience managing an IndiaMART (or similar B2B marketplace) account
- Daily, practical use of AI tools for content/ops — not just familiarity, actual workflow dependence
- Working knowledge of copywriting and basic design/video editing
- Comfortable owning a channel end-to-end with no team to delegate to
- Reads CPL, ROAS, and conversion data without hand-holding
Good to Have:
- Experience in FMCG/F&B or other low-ticket, high-volume B2B categories
- Past work selling into hospitality, healthcare, or facility-management buyers
- Hindi/Telugu + English content fluency
- Comfort with India's relationship-driven B2B sales culture (referral networks, repeat institutional buying)
Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):
- A defined, growing volume of qualified IndiaMART leads per month
- Falling cost per lead as campaigns are optimized
- Steady LinkedIn follower and engagement growth tied to actual content output, not vanity posting
- Brand messaging that consistently reflects the customization story, checked against a quick audit
Compensation:
Full-time, Hyderabad-based: *₹25,000–₹45,000/month* (₹4.2–7.2 LPA), depending on proven experience — with a performance component tied to qualified leads delivered.
A retainer/contract structure (₹15,000–₹35,000/month + bonus) is also workable if you'd rather trial the relationship before going full-time.
Work Mode:
Hyderabad-based, hybrid preferred — close coordination with the founder and field sales team matters for this role to work.
