**Key Responsibilities:***
* Ensure the quality control processes are effectively managed and maintained throughout our roast and ground coffee production facility.Requirement : Food technologist / Roasting & QC (Coffee Industry preferred)
* Conduct regular cupping sessions and sensory evaluations to guarantee consistent product quality.
* Develop and implement specific quality assurance protocols tailored for coffee.
* Closely monitor the quality of both green and roasted coffee at each stage of the production process.
* Perform various analytical tests, including moisture, density, and color analysis, using laboratory equipment.
* Thoroughly investigate any quality deviations that may arise and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
* Work closely with the production and Research & Development teams to continuously improve coffee quality and extend shelf life.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate quality control records in compliance with food safety and relevant regulatory standards.
**Requirements:**
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in coffee quality control, roasting, or sensory evaluation.
* A strong grasp of coffee chemistry, roasting profiles, and flavor development.
* Familiarity with industry standards such as the SCA protocols, HACCP, and FSSAI/ISO guidelines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Prior experience in a food manufacturing or coffee roasting environment is considered advantageous.
Preferred : SCA certifications (e.g., Q Grader, Roasting, Sensory).Experience with quality management systems and audit preparation.
