We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Software Sales Partner who
can take ownership of sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic business growth.

Role Overview
As a Business Development & Software Sales Partner, you will be responsible for identifying
potential clients, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, building strategic
relationships, and closing software sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth
while earning attractive commissions and profit-sharing incentives based on business
generated.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold
calling, and other sales channels.
- Identify business owners, startups, SMEs, service providers, and organizations that
can benefit from Zenocta’s software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery
sessions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate and close software development projects and SaaS product subscriptions. Develop partnerships with agencies, consultants, and industry professionals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
- Collaborate with the management and technical teams to ensure smooth project
onboarding.
- Contribute to business growth strategies and market expansion initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, ERP Sales,
Technology Consulting, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Existing business network or industry connections will be an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.
- Comfortable working in a revenue-sharing and performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Compensation Structure
This is NOT a fixed salary position.
Compensation will be based on:
