Job Title: Picking Pharmacist
Experience: 0–1 Year
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare
Location: Balanagar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Picking Pharmacist to support our warehouse/pharmacy operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products as per prescriptions/orders while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick medicines and healthcare products based on prescriptions or order lists.
Verify drug name, strength, dosage form, and quantity before dispatch.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medicines.
Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) as per guidelines.
Follow FIFO/FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) principles.
Check for expired or damaged products and report discrepancies.
Maintain records of stock movement and update inventory systems.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and billing teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company SOPs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm).
Registered Pharmacist license is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and drug handling.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / inventory systems).
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Willingness to work in warehouse/shift-based operations.
