Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Mathematics Junior Lecturer to teach Intermediate-level students. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make complex mathematical concepts simple, engaging, and application-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics classes for Intermediate students.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Explain concepts clearly using suitable examples and problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Address student doubts and provide academic mentoring.
- Track student progress and support students in achieving academic goals.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and student outcomes.
- Support competitive-examination-oriented preparation wherever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a relevant discipline.
- Strong command of Mathematics and conceptual clarity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to teach students with different levels of understanding.
- Prior Intermediate/Junior College teaching experience is preferred.
- Experience with competitive-exam preparation will be an added advantage.
