Job Description
Inviting applications for the role lead Consultant _ Service now HRSD In this role you will be responsible for understanding business requirements relaying the solution via case management demonstrating the configurations through collaborations design and developing the code converting data assisting in testing and implementing the new features. Responsibilities: - Working closely with the Solutions Managers and business teams to understand functional and technical requirements and execute them through successful configuration code development testing and deployment with required documentations. - Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirement - Recommend process improvement based on system capability - Developing test cases and data mining/staging automates testing processes by developing unit test scripts as needed - Providing production support for escalated issues and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner
